jan, we have known each other since the 6th Grade and your compassion for others has always been one of your best qualities. The work you are doing is something that we all could benefit from. if each of us would take a tenth of the compassion you have and apply it to our personal lives, this world would be a much better place. My contacts in the media world and the entertainment world are still available to you if you ever need them. Take care, keep up the good work and if you need my help in any way, you know how to get ahold of me. God Bless.

Jan, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for all you do for our kids, the community, and especially those in need in times of despair. It is incredibly heartwarming to watch you get so excited to help people when an opportunity comes up. I'm proud to have someone in my life who is so unselfish and passionate about giving all they've got when situations like Hurricane Katrina, the Weatherford floods, and many others that have come up devastate lives....and you are there for them, especially the kids. If the world was filled with Janbo's...it would be a perfect universe. And thanks for all you've done for me...my friend.

I have had the pleasure of being your friend and biggest fan for 25 years now. WOW! I have seen you struggle over and over to make it over a few speed bumps in your journey, but girl you never gave up! You have been knocked down emotionally and somewhat discouraged. However, what truly amazes me about you, you get up dust off you stiletto's, put your big girl panties on and that beautiful smiles of yours and keep on working towards your dream. You have touched many lives through you Art and have given so many people hope, encouragement and a dream of their own. You should be proud of yourself, your determation and willingness never to give up; I know I am! You have made it over those speed bumps and are now on the Highroad, you control your destiny. Keep pursuing your dreams! Take the time to look in the rear-view mirror and see where you have been and how far you have come. God speed my friend!

Jan, Your passion and dedication for this project is inspiring to all who have the good fortune to meet you! I think you have touched the heart of the matter in offering traumatized children the chance to express themselves through art. When I heard you talk about the connection between this self expression and the way it can prevent future drug and alcohol abuse, well bravo! and best of luck in your very important endeavor!
